Our free trial offer works a little different than other free trials.  We only offer a Internet version and that is fully functional However, there are some limits.

ALL free trials use the same database so your data is NOT separated from other trial users

That database is wiped clean every few days.  The data is "cleaned" every few days so your schedules will not be reliable. 

It is intended ONLY to let you see how it works and only one login is permitted.  No additional logins are allowed.

This only downloads the exe and does not allow you to add extra users or change the purchase code.

Local Database (MS SQL 2008/2010 express) with users limited only by database $399 no server maintenance fee but you will have to install MS SQL 2005/8/10 Express on a local machine and use that as your server.  This only works from within your local network. It will NOT work over Internet!

Internet Version (MS SQL 2005/8/10) with 20 users as standard + $300 per year for the database $1,200 one time charge for ToddayCRM

Compare this to Microsoft's $39.00 per month per user.  That's 468.00 per year per user with standard 20 users Microsoft would cost $9,360.00 PER YEAR!  And that does NOT include there maintenance plan!!  and that price is only the starting point!

Your own hosted version of MS 2008 with unlimited users $1,200.  With this version you have to supply the MS SQL 2008/10 Database and Internet connections to allow users to access your server.

You save the $300 per year server maintenance fee but you can still purchase a program maintenance.
