One thing that we know for sure is that hard drives
fail! Almost 100 % it's not IF but WHEN. Most
people understand this simple fact, but many people do not

all of your data, Like Katrina or any other hurricane, or Earthquakes

is the best, all backup programs compress the file and encrypt
it and then store it some where. WinZip is the original and most popular compression utility
for Windows, It has ALL the features of any of the backup
utilities so why not? WinZip is a powerful and easy-to-use tool that quickly
zips and unzips your files to conserve disk space and greatly
reduce e-mail and backup transmission times. You also
get to decide where your backups reside FTP(Off-Site), CD,
DVD, USB Drive, Thumb Drive, or network drive....
How do we Fit In?
Todday is the location that you need to
store your backups OFF-SITE. Off site storage is the way
that corporate America stores there data and you should too!
Why? That's easy if you store your data at your site and
you have a hurricane, fire, earth quake or any of the major disasters
then you don't really have a backup, because it's going to be
destroyed as well.
If
on the other hand you have Off-Site backups you will be able
to recover and install your backup on a different or NEW computer
within hours or minutes and be back in business! That's
what backups are for! If you use an off-site backup then your
backup is backed up as well. Our servers back up to a separate
location every night as well. The chances of all 3 being
destroyed at the same time is unlikely!
All of these solutions are great
except they assume that you have access to an offsite location
to store data. We have large servers in Utah and
California that you can use to store your data on. We
will also come in and not only install the software but set it
up to do your backup automatically! None
of the above solutions work without a place to store the
data. Data storage is expensive especially over the
Internet, but we have an inexpensive solution $49.95
per Year gets you almost Unlimited storage capacity. Up to 10
Gigabytes of compressed storage. More available if
needed. This is the price most FTP sites charge
per month! And in the case of Carbonite that's what they
charge PER computer! So.. If you are in a office of 4
