Paper To Database
Convert paper forms directly into readable data in a database.  Have you seen warranty cards, Applications etc that have square boxes that the customer fills in by hand?  These are sent to a scanner and then automatically converted to real live data.  We have been designing forms and converting the hand written word to data for over 8 years. 

We have done inventory taking systems where the data is collected by hand and then converted to a database then compared to the Inventory system.  This is an extremely fast way to take hand inventory's.  This system alone reduced the inventory taking by DAYS not hours resulting in cost savings of over 70% from previous methods.

Bar Code Scanning
